Workshop time alternates between practice, instruction, and hands-on guidance to help you gain confidence and satisfaction with your Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis practice.
I'll share learnings from my 17 years of Gyrotonic practice and apply those to where you are and what you hope to achieve. Come and move at your own pace. It is my joy to find adjustments and build awareness on how to tailor your workout for your needs.
As a knitter and someone who spends the majority of my days at a keyboard, I have found ways to release tension in my hands. To enable what I love to do, I collect exercises that build flexibility and strength in my hands. Also I’ve experienced foot injuries, so be ready for some great techniques around self-service foot massage. Happy feet with great circulation, makes everything else a little bit easier.
